What it is for

Remote buyers, lenders, landlords and software agents increasingly need something confirmed in the physical world: that a storefront is open, that equipment is where a seller says it is, that a sign is installed, what a room measures, or that a document is collected from an office. The task is small and local but must be done by a date and returned as evidence. Set out the task, the place, the deadline and the evidence you need back, so the person who goes knows exactly what to bring.
